I have two long bed rubber mats. The rubber is about 3/8 inch thick. I would say its nearly inpenetrable. These can be cut--with a little work--to fit in a short bed. One is unopened, the other was opened, then we realized it was for a long bed and rolled it back up. 25 bucks each. Local pickup only--Northwest Houston, TX.
