Custom Brembo Front and Rear Brake Kit

It's come time for me to sell a brake kit I designed and built for my 2005 Silverado. When I first started modding my truck I wanted to upgrade to Stoptech brakes, but they weren't exactly in the budget at the time. So I put this kit together with some parts I had along with a ton of time designing and machining. Long story short, I've finally been able to get the Stoptechs I've always wanted so I'm selling these to fund other truck related stuff.

The kit consists of Baer Eradispeed rotors (15" front, 14" rear), Gen 4 Viper front calipers (same piston sizes as 2010-15 Camaro SS), Camaro SS rear calipers, custom caliper brackets I machined, and Stoptech stainless braided lines.

I'm fairly certain these should fit almost any 99-06 truck. The front brackets were designed off some McGaughys 16+ spindles that I am running. I haven't put them on stock spindles to confirm fitment although I believe they should work just fine. The rear adapter brackets were built using the factory rear disc brackets.

This kit was on my truck for 2 years and approximately 15k miles so cosmetically they aren't perfect. The rear calipers were brand new AC Delco replacements and the fronts were oem calipers that I rebuilt(new o-rings and seals.) The caliper paint is chipping slightly and peeling in a few spots where some fluid dripped down the back of the calipers during mock up. They look decent but could use fresh paint or powder coat if you want them to be perfect. The pads still have some life but should probably be replaced and the rotors turned. I can get you the part #'s on the pads I used. The front rotors have a slight groove around the perimeter of the rotor but don't affect performance. They were like that when I got them. The brackets are still raw aluminum and come with the necessary hardware. The lines are from the Stoptech kits I just purchased and are brand new.

This kit would be perfect for someone that doesn't want to spend big $$ on an off the shelf kit and doesn't mind doing a little clean up. The performance is honestly on par with my new Stoptech kit and miles ahead of the factory setup. I'm asking $1000 shipped. I'll upload more pictures tomorrow once I get to work. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for looking.

I'm not sure. I was running 20's and there wasnt a ton of room. Since the rear rotors are 14" they may clear 18's. the front rotors are 15" so they probable require 19" wheels. I never tried any other wheels to be honest.

(Edit: just looked at Baer's site and they say 19" front and 18" rear is the smallest.)

Wats it cost to change rotors and pads with this set up

To buy replacement rotors for the Baer eradispeed kits both front and rear along with pads is around $800. The rotors have never been turned though... I highly doubt they are in need of replacement any time soon.
