Complete LS Supercharger System
LS1 / LS2 / LS6 / 4.8 / 5.3 / 6.0
This system will be coming off my 2004 Suburban in a couple weeks. I have loved this setup but am ready for more power. This is a great setup for anyone looking to take a stock LS motor to the next level – especially if you have exhaust, heads, cam and/or tuning. On my stock 5.3 with exhaust, heads and intake I make 417whp and 397ft.lbs. on only 6.5 lbs. of boost and 91 octane. Supercharger will make max boost on this setup boost unless you are using a smaller crank pulley. I have a 7.8 inch crank which is factory on the Suburban. I will be selling all of the following with the kit:
• Supercharger – belt driven, requires no oil. Powerdyne rebuilt with a billet impellar, upgraded internal betls and high performance bearings which was a $1,500 upgrade alone from 928 Motorsports. Don’t let the name fool you this is not a standard Powerdyne. This is built to last thanks to 928.
• Mounting and Tensioner brackets with current drive belt (and 1 spare)
• Air Intake piping with AEM dry flow filter
• HKS Blow Off Valve – allows system to vent which prolongs engine life and supercharger performance
• Crank Pulley – matches balancer pulley in size
• Intercooler – Speed Daddy 18” with 3” core
• Complete Intercooler Piping – includes all couplers and clamps
• Forced Air Cooler from 928 Motorsports
Supercharger mounts to the passenger side head and is a very easy install. Generally this can be put on in a few hours but will require a new tune. This kit is partially self designed. Piecing it all together cost me more than $4,500. $2,500 obo + shipping cost firm
