99-02 silverado jump seat blue cloth

Seat is in good shape but the lid is busted off.
I have taken the lid completely off so that you can purchase a new lid to put in its place.
2 things. I can sell it without the lid or sell it for more with a new lid installed.
$150 without
$350 with
