this is for the second sensor that you need on the 4l80 swap correct?

 

Correct, you need to add this, remove 2 pins on the 13 pin trans connector, and move a 3rd pin in that same connector to swap 4l60e to 4l80e. I just did the opposite conversion in my swap harness so I'll happily include instructions to the buyer.
