20" Gm Accessories 12 spoke Chrome Wheels and 275/55/20 Falken Tires

I have a set of these GM Accessory wheels. Part# ck945. The wheels are chrome with a narrow 12 spoke design. They are 20x8.5 with 22 mm backspacing. One centercap has chrome flaking off.

The tires are Falken Ziex S/TZ 04. They are 275/55/20 with about 20% tread left. One tire has a plug and holds air fine.
