'03 Sierra 4.8 Cam
 

Just removed from a 2003 Sierra with 130k miles. Cam shows no wear and is in excellent condition. Removed only to upgrade to a high performance cam. Truck was running flawlessly, always ran with Mobil 1. Stock specs 190/191 duration, .466/.457 lift at .050 on 114.
