Default Wheel lug adapters

I am wanting a set of Torq Thrust II's but since they don't make a 6 lug 5 spoke wheel I found some adapters that will make our trucks have 5 lugs. Is this safe and does it actually work? Thanks

Ive seen trucks with them. just make sure your wheel offset is right with the spacer. I dont knwo how safe it is. i wouldnt run them
