Im about to add double the hp of my stock 5.3 with a 383, will my factory fuel system keep up or do I need to up the pump and injectors? I should be between 475-500rwhp and if I need injectors what is the best ones to get? Thanks

i was wondering the same thing, i have a 2006 flex fuel as well, i have the radix tho, but it uses the stock injectors and pump so i think the flex fuel's are pretty good fuel systems. we will see. good question.

i would think you would need bigger injectors....but thats just me guessing lol i wouldnt think stock injectors would be able to handle 500 horse...

You will def need bigger injectors. 44s would probably be good to 500 rwhp, 60s if more than that. Pump is debatable, I am still running my stock pump with my setup, but have a better one on hand. Also, I have a fuel pressure guage to tell me if i'm running out of pump.

Thanks, What Exact Injectors would be good for my setup, short/long? i will be running a 150 shot later on fwiw
