whats a good 600 lift valve spring

Ive seen the horror stories of the pac 918s or 1218s been lookn around to find a good set that will last without failing on me. Anyone know of a good set that uses factory locks and retainers or is it at that size need to order set with ratainers and locks. I was lookn at the patriot .650 lift but was wondering if those be to stiff for setup. Cam im gonna be using is 212 218 high lift. Info advice is always appreciated

Roger used Vinci heavy duty extreme performance springs, locks and push rods when he built my motor and they have performed great. I would recommend them

Lingfelter uses ls6 springs in their .580 lift cams just so you know. I've ran a tr224 cam on 50k mile ls6 springs turning 7000+ rpm all day long.. Ls6 springs are the only beehive I'd ever run.. Ive seen far too many comp and PAC springs break. If you don't want the ls6 springs then run patriot or lunati dual springs. Atleast if the spring breaks you'll have the inner to hold the valve up..

That is true ill have to give lingfelter a call I have a set of yellows already but might go with the blues. Ill talk with them and see

I'm running PAC 1518s. PSI has some .600 max lift springs, suppose to be real good. Tooley springs are suppose to be good as well. I would stay away from comp 918s from the number of people that have issues. Otherwise swap to doubles and u got a ton more options.

Brian Tooley sells some nice springs. Also has a few different options for double spring packages.
