what throttle body for L76/L92?

what throttle body for L76/L92?
im going to build an lq9, and was thinking about going with the L76/L92 setup. i need a couple of things cleared up. i have been searching for a while, but could not clarify this stuff.
1. what throttle body can, or should i run with this? car or truck 90mm?
2. what do i do about my MAF sensor, should i get a 90mm to match the TB?
