How much would you say you have wrapped up in your water/air system, including cooler, pump, resivoir, lines, etc...

antifreeze sucks for transfering heat.
I am using a 75 / 25 mix (25% water) what mix are you running in the summer?

i run 100% water with about 8oz of water wetter.

my intercooler came with my turbo kit from cmotorsports. i am using the pump, intercooler and lines that came with the kit but i did upgrade the heat exchanger. that upgrade didnt cost anything since i used my old stock 5.3 radiator. i think i could benifit from a larger pump but it isn't at the top of my list yet.

Re-phrase ... How much do you think it would cost to duplicate your water / air intercooler system..
