Default weak battery..performance/mileage problems?

hey guys, with the onset of cooler morning ive noticed that my truck is slow to crank, pretty obvious the colder weather is taking its toll on my battery. for thanksgiving i went home and noticed considerably less mileage than im used to seeing, and my performance seemed a little off (could be placebo). would a weak battery cause these things?

Have you checked the tire pressure lately??? That will cause you to get worse milage... and your tuck will feel like a pile...

I know this from First hand experince... I thought mine felt slugish and the milage was getting real bad...

...and the slugish start probally is the battery

It's plausible. I'd replace the battery with an OEM delco 6 year.
