We made the conclusion that a lifter is leaking.

good deal! no biggie. The worst part about these gen3 engines is you have to pull the heads to change the lifters...sucks! that and the FORD 10 head bolts
My truck has developed a nasty squeak in the dash behind the guage cluster. The entire dash is going to have to come out pretty much to find it. Took it halfway apart with no luck yet . It only has 13k miles on it!

Mind you, the ls1 guru buddy of mine said he hears worse than that all of the time! Its faint but its annoying, its gonna have to ride for a while, at least till school starts up to where i can get away from my house and do the swapping up at school. My dad says if i pull my valvecovers one more time, hes gonna whip my ***. Its just a little leak down on the lifter so its not of main concern....but it still chaps my *** sounding like a Piece of **** truck with an exhaust leak. Phucken eh! If Allan calls me back to get my line pressures back to stock for my new tranny and verter going in this weekend! cant wait for them gears now bitches!
