I have a 2010 GMC SIERRA..I have striaght pipe out now and it sounds Awsome,But there is alot of in cabin noise,But my question is..GM has put a Extra Converter on,Now can that converter be removed to make it true dual.Or just say the hell with it and maybe get a Super 44 for it..I plan to put a Squires Turbo system down the road.Just asking for opinions,thanks guys.

 

Ok here is the problem with this. GM is really bad about this. It is called excessive exuast modifications. Happen to me personally. If you still have warrenty on it, do not do it. Leave the converters alone and do not run true duels. It will void warrenty and the dealership wont tell you about it. I found this out the hard way so yea

 

I got 1 3/4" pacesetters, and true 3" full mandrel bent duals to the dumps at the rear axle.

 

How much low end did you lose with that?

 

its unmeasureable, it doesn't feel like I lost anything cause I'm running a 3600 converter and 4.56 gear...
