i have a problem

my driver side cat is making a real loud rattleling noies and it sounds like a hissing sound when i rev it up and it has no power at all and it sounds like its bogging down? what could be the cause?

If you go ORY you have to kill COT and O2 S2 on B1 and B2 in the ECM so you don't throw SES and get DTC. Also good to get LT to bolt to ORY, then some help from HPT or EFI so your SOTP feel gives you SEG from excess HP and TQ to the RW.
