I think a great daily driver cam in a 364/370 would be the 212/218 high lift from Comp Cams, or a 218/224 custom grind. I have ridden in two vehicles now with the 6.0L and a 218/224 cam and it's a good all around cam from idle on up.

The XR259 I assume you're looking at is a 206/212 which is very close to being a stock cam out of an LQ9.

alright thanks...im still steadily shopping the used cam market, and every once in a while i find one that catches my eye, so i ask about it. Thanks again for your time

yes that cam is almost stock size cam, the 212/218 will not lope on you 6.0, you need to get ATLEAST a 218/224 (like the one inch suggested) on a 112lsa to hear some lope, if but if you want a nice lope and for it to be noticable get a 224/224 112lsa..
