Default Texas Speed Stainless LTs for 99-07 Trucks

I have an 03 SS Silverado AWD and have a set of TSP SS LTs to put on it

Texas Speed & Performance 1-3/4" Stainless Steel 1999-2007 Truck Headers

TSP Web page says they are for 2WD only along w there SS Y Pipe

Texas Speed & Performance Polished Stainless Steel 3-Inch Off-Road Y-Pipe, 1999-2006 Chevy/GMC 1500 2WD Truck

I have the Headers but have not ordered the Y Pipe yet, wondering if anyone has used these parts on a AWD or a 4x4 truck of these yrs.

I called TSP and they said they just haven't test fix any of these parts yet on a 4x4 thats why it says 2wd only...

Any input would be great, Thx!

Hey Vincent,

This is Beau that talked to you yesterday. Unfortunately, we are out of stock on our 99-06 Y-Pipe at the moment. We hope to have them back in about a month or two if you want to try and test fit one for us.

I do have the Pacesetter Y in stock though and it will fit our headers. Now, whether or not it fits AWD/4WD applications is still up in the air.

If you want to do some test fitting, give me a call again and I will get you fixed up!

do it^^^ What's the worst that can happen, you get forum members info and I am sure they will hook you up with a decent deal for the correct part later on, or it works and everyone wins!

I was actually in Lubbock in the middle of December and put a Pacesetter Y pipe on m y AWD Silverado SS and it fit like a glove! Way better than the crush bent pile that was made ion it previously. I'd say if TSP models their Y after Pacesetter than it should fit also.

They responded back and said the have headers for 4wd but that was all they said really. Been thinking about goin with the doug thorleys from black bear, decent price and it sounds like they fit.

That is good to hear, because our Y is very similar in design to the Pacesetter, but it is polished stainless vs. mild steel.

I am beginning to think that the TSP Headers & Y indeed WILL fit AWD/4WD applications.

I would be happy to test that theory for you
