Ok, just started it up after sitting all night. BLACK smoke coming out of the tailpipe. Stumbling, sounds like a big cam. Vac reads 10-15, should be 20. Must be something to do with the TB, idle set screw, iac tables, blah, blah, blah. Hopefully Dez can fix this pig. Someone just buy my damn whipple so i can get a denali xl.

Your PCM VCM whatever you call it, thinks you still have the other throttle body on it. Low idle will cause low vacume

so with hptuners, how do i reset it? I tried doing the ignition on, ignition off, engine on and idle to operating temp with ac off. then engine off, then back on then ac on then ac off. didn't work. read it somewhere on ls1tech.

Once it get up to operating temp it's fine. I'm sure it'a my iac table or base running whatever table but i'm not sure how to adjust it. I also tried doing the whole unplugging the tps sensor thing and it didn't work.

i have never had a problem such as that swapping tb's at all. there is something amiss somewhere. either there is a gasket that is pinched or leaking or a sensor failure. did you by chance adjust the throttle position with the set screw? what is the tps voltage at closed throttle.

still trying to figure this out. could it be a vacuum leak? help!!!! oil is fine, tps voltage is now 0.61, iac counts when cold are 160ish then when it warms up they are 60ish. Why is it only dumping fuel like this on cold starts?
