Cam Choice for 2010 Sierre with 4.8 L20 VVT engine

Hey guys ive done some research and not much info on the L20 engine.

I have the basics IHE and wanted a cam, texas speed wont reply to my emails or calls but talked to Comp cam and they recommended there XFI rpm hi lift 210/224 roller cam .556 and .568 lift cam.

just curious what cams you guys run in your 4.8 VVT motors .

2010+ are VVT.

Interesting. The 4.8 sort of fell off my radar after 2010. Stopped putting them in most vehicles except vans, I believe. VVT in that opens up a lot of opportunity for fuel economy though.
