I hear you I am always budget minded.
I am not sure if they would have reduced the noise at all but a good set of FLOWMASTER HI FLOWS will not eat 10hp. I had a MAGNAFLOW before Speed Engineering and it was not too loud and had a nice rumble.

It runs good, what kinda of tranny work? I feel like my gears are too far apart, mine still needs to be retuned since the long tubes were installed, my little crappy vids were in a 45mph zone and my turn was coming up I need to get out to the woods and make a good run

I have knn cold air, some plugs and wires, Speed Engineering lts ,true duals, tune by Doc@ EFI Alchemy. tralblazer converter, vette servo,3:73 true trac posi. Running 285/50/20 on rear stock SS wheels.
Working on my other 6.0 but I am now buying a 2006 Silverado 1500 crew cab that needs a front clip so my RCSB is on hold for now . Just a daily driver

I'm also budget minded to a certain extent. I've used Magnaflow metallic spun cats.
This is going to be my drivers side cat when I get my Speed LTs. I started with a 2.5"in/out cat and cut it down to make it 3"in/ou to make it as small as possible.

I'll more than likely start a thread or add to this one. It may take some time though, I'm trying to get my suspension all figured out and my personal life seems to be consuming most of my time. If its not one thing its another, hah.

Smile Love my speed engineering exhaust

Ive had my kit installed for a few weeks and i really like it, i had the axle dump kit but it was a lil to loud and had to much drone for me. Sounds great now! Can still hear the cam at idle now but its alot quieter at idle now vs the axle dump kit.
