spark plugs

It depends on your use. On a stock or N/A motor, go with the NGK TR55 (#3951) they come gapped at .060 (the stock gap). I have TR5's (come gapped at .045) but will be changing to the TR55's in a few weeks due to milage on them. The gap can go +/- .015 according to NGK. The TR5 and 55 are the same heat range but with different gaps (stated above) The TR6 is one heat range cooler, good for Forced Air and N20 applications.
BTW, welcome to the site, glad you made it.

They are referring you to the platinum plugs. The NGK TR55 3951's are copper, so are the TR6. You can buy some here:

TR55 (#3951) is the right plug to use. I think the gap is at 57 though. The stock Delco Platinum is gapped at 60. At least the two times I changed mine, all the NGK gaps were at 57. Not that is really matters.

Thanks for that link Neil. I just picked up some TR55's a few minutes ago. Neil is right on the #'s. The copper is #3951.
