Spark plug Gap
#4
just a suggestion, but you should go with a ngk tr6 cuz of your cam. i know your probably a 5.3 and im a 6.0, but when i did my first dyno tune they took my stockers out and put in tr6's and the truck made 6 more ft/lbs of torque at the rear wheels. it made some more hp too, but i dont remember how much. like i said just a suggestion. maybe something to ask more about, cuz it worked in my case but i dont know if it would work in your case.

I agree on the spark plug gap, .055-.060 will be just fine. I gapped mine at .055. Interesting info that RED04REGENCYRST posted, but I wonder if there were any other factors involved (heat soak, dyno variances, etc.)...tough to say...
