Default ?s about the T-56 swap.

What pedal assembly was used, I figure people are using the 3/4 ton asseblies. Where is the shifter located cab, in the stock location, as the 3/4 tons? And was the majority of the parts used from the F-body, trans, clutch master cylinder, fly wheel?

Thanks.

The pedal assembly I used is out of a 1/2 ton truck, and the clutch master cylider is part of the the package. Here's a pic of the whole assembly:

The shifter location is quite different from the location on a factory 5spd. I'm not sure about the 3/4 ton trucks, but the T56 shifter pokes through in a better more ergonomic spot IMO.

The transmission, bellhousing, flywheel, clutch, PP, slave cylider, and shifter all come from an LS1 f-body. This is assuming you have a NBS truck with a Gen III/IV V8.

Do you have any pics of the shifter location in the truck?
What is NBS, and what years are the GenIII?

Thanks.
