Default Rotors keep Warping--Any Good Upgrades Out There?

I am getting really tired of turning my rotors...lol.
I have access to turn them for free, but they're getting insanely thin, and I'v already gone through 2 sets on the front.

Is there a REALLY Good factory replacement rotor out there with slots, etc. that are worth my while? What about pads?

Thanks!

I've been running with KVR rotors on my truck
They are a cross drilled rotor also can get them Zinc dipped so they don't rust
I'm using the KVR pads with them they are a Carbon Fiber pad so low dust with em
They seem to help stop my ext Cab sierra really good
The good part is there are almost the same price as stock ones

Ive read that the Stage II kit from Praise Dyno is a very nice upgrade for 4wheel disk :

Depending what kit you get you can have the springs upgraded

Kinda pricy but ill bet its worth every penny....

I've got the 14" Baer eradispeed's up front w/ hawk pads, on my burb stops great. but you need to have a bigger diameter wheel.

I just noticed the centers of my rotors are starting to get spiderweb cracks in them so it wont be long till I replace mine as well.
Mac... did you happen to get a price on the Praise combo? It is not listed on thier page.

i would recommend to go with slotted rotors against cross drilled. as crossed drilled has a tendency to crack with extreme heat...

Their is a spec for rotor thickness i'm sure you are bearing in mind. Also are you doing a scratch cut test before you cut the rotors to check rotor set up? When you tighten your wheels are you using a torque stick or torque wrench and not just whaling on the lug nuts?

so, if you are running a 16" wheel what is the biggest size rotor you can run, and how much are some of the options you guys have gone with?
