Can't you just loosen the U bolts and force the axle over a half inch or so and tighten it back up?

That would work but you would also have to remove and re-install the mounts on the rear end where the leaf springs connect. Have you guys checked the distance between the inside lip of the wheel to the outside of the frame and compare the left side to right side?

Cash - You might be able to move it a small amount that way, but I doubt that much. The sprngs have a center pin that rests in a hole in the spring perches to position the axle (like Im Lowr said).

I think the easiest way to correct this would involve modifying the spring perches on the axle. There are several ways to do it. You could grind down the perches some and weld a small plate to the top of it with the pin hole drilled to compensate the move. Or you could cut the old perches off and reweld them in the correct position. Both of those options are tedious and could be expensive if you have to get a shop to do it. It could be best just to adapt to it, and leave it alone, IMO.

02Silverado, sounds like you have a bad front spring. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> They either sent you the wrong one with the kit or it has settled more than the other side. Might want to check with the mfg of the suspension you have?

What type of panhard bard do you have? What brand, and where could I get one? I have a 2003 Silverado 2wheel drive, with a belttech 3/4 drop.
