Maybe a little hot/lean but that reddish/purple tinge seems like a fuel additive might be in the fuel?

Overall they don't look horrible by any means.

there is a little white ash/residue on the ground electrode that wipes off. would i gain anything from a colder plug?

I have no idea what you drive and if anything is done motor wise.

It is absolutely impossible to tell if fueling is correct based on that plug pic.

Agree that plug isn't helping you to properly tell and to say too hot or lean...wtf

The red tint is normal due to fuel additives. The ground strap -- can't tell. The base of the plug where it has some carbon on it is normal. It is normal to have some "dust" you can wipe off.

If I had to take a wild guess I would say the plug might be too hot that's why there is no reading on the ground strap. But due to the appearance of the base of the plug you aren't critically lean. Take it with a grain of salt.
