radiator

anyone who have done with radiator with cap without resivseor tank since I have about put bigger turbo. It will have no room for coolant tank. I want to delete it

I did. It seemed OK at first, but I think there was a bubble in the system that I just couldn't bleed. I went back to a reservoir and my temperature gauge is steady now.

Get a smaller reservoir.

Relocate the reservoir to a different spot

I would don't mind. But One problem factory hoses with y pipe cant use it. Because it is in the way with BorgWarner turbo too big to take over.

I used a WC FAB LBZ coolant tank designed for compounds. Works great with my S488. All you need to do is make some custom lines with brass or AN fittings to route the coolant hoses where you want them.

You can google search some pics of the tanks.
