The only mid-length/long-tube headers for our trucks are as follows:

Hooker
Stainless Works
Hamm
LaPole
Doug's
Doug Thorley
Belanger
TOG
Bassani
ASM
Pacesetter
Dynatech
Clear Image Automotive (by Get Bent Fabrication)
S&S (not 100% sure if they are mid/long)

I e-mailed QTP and they said they have some in development but not anytime soon. I just wish someone would step up to the plate with a nice set of headers and emissions legal catted Y-Pipe that would bolt to any factory/aftermarket cat-back that was less than $1000 and was coated inside and out that would fit BOTH 4x2 and 4x4. SLP has a very nice setup for the F-Body's that includes coated headers and stainless Y-Pipe with cats for around $800. That would be perfect for our trucks.
