Default procharger suggestions?

Okay when i get the money i think i am going to get a used procharger kit off my buddy,8-9 psi, i will be putting it on my 00 rcsb 5.3. Right now i have just a westers tune on my truck and thats all, my best 1/4 was a 15.3. I plan on getting the procharger kit, deleting the FMU, and adding some 42lb injectors, and i will send my pcm back to westers and have him tune it. Now this is what i came up with by gathering information on this board so far. now for my questions.

Will Wester be able to tune my computer good enough just by telling him what i have done to the truck? Will i have problems with tuning alot?

What can i expect my 1/4 times to be with these mods(list below+ procharger)? I pan to get some slicks

How long can i expect my tranmission to last( honestly) with all the extra power? (62k on tranny)

Will the ford motorsports/ lightning truck 42 pound injectors fit in my truck? if not where can i get some?

I know that the procharger builds more boost with higher Rpm's, what cam would be best for the procharger?

These are the other things that are going to be put on my truck,

Cam?
TT3000
ls1 fans
tranny cooler
billet intermediate and 4th servo
long tube headers and true duals

It will work. Speaking from experience, it took two tunes to get it running right. The first was too lean and detonated like a ****. The next tune was richened and ran good. You can get rid of the f.m.u. if you go this route with the bigger injectors, which is the way to go.

Depends on how heavy your right foot is . The procharger is probably quite a bit easier on the tranny since it builds boost gradually.

Probably not. Go with some delphi 42lb/hr direct replacement injectors from racetronix. http://www.racetronix.com/Injector_17113739.html The page says 44lb/hr, but the homepage says 42lb/hr.

I think you should plan on getting a first tune, then dyno with a wideband, then a second tune if your AFR isn't good.

You could probably go 13's with those mods.

My trans lasted about 8,000 miles and was slipping the last 3,000. The truck was brand new too.

The cheapest place to get those injectors is Arizona Speed and Marine.

Yeah, I'm running 13.9 - 14.1 at around 96 mph. Thats at 4500 ft elevation though.

I think you'd be fine with 11 psi, but you really should have a wideband and some kind of datalogger. I wouldn't run 11psi without knowing whats going on.

Those are surprising times for all the mods you have, and 11psi of boost.
I would think that you would be much faster than that, even on top of Mt. Everest. Do you have a good tune and an intercooler?

Oh yeah surprisingly slow I know. High altitude absolutely kills your times! Well driven F-bods run 14.5 at 99 here. The fastest I've seen a stock Viper go here is a 12.9.

My tune is pretty good, 20 degrees timing, down to 16 in 3rd gear. 12-1 AFR. I have an intercooler too.
