Default Please Help ASAP

I Installed my pacesetter LT's, hi flow cats, electric cutouts, and hooker aerochamber mufflers today, and everything was working great, but when i got to my house, my truck almost died on me twice, and it threw a code that it was reading multiple missfires, what the hell is happening, it threw 5 codes at me, says all my o2 sensors were malfunctioning, has this happened to anyone before, any suggestions, please help!!!!

A lot of people experience lazy O2 sensors after going to a LT header. For some reason they don't heat up quite enough I believe. Going to a rear Corvette O2 has helped from what I hear.
Trying searching about this over on LS1Tech, I'm sure you'll find some answers there.

v8 has some good questions, also: do you have the rear o2's disabled in the tune allready?

What does the rear O2's have anything to do with? All they do is check the efficiency of the CAT. They do nothing else.

2004 silverado 5.3 ecsb 43,000 miles, i did break the connections to the plugs, and pulled the plugs, i had just replaced the plugs with ngk plugs, and msd wires, i made sure the plugs were properly gapped, and the wires were not touching the headers. The wires are fine. I just drove her around, and its getting better, the more i drive it, the better its getting. I havent ahd the o2s deleted in the tune, im going to try and call allen nelson tommarro, and have my truck tuned in his shop, see if he can fix any problems with the o2's

Some vehicles will run fine after installing LTs, while others will need a tune to get them to run better.
Sounds like you might need a retune.

My buddy just put headers and dual 3" on his 99 T/A. He has had the headers on the car less than a month and just replaced the last of the O2 sensors. I am not sure what the exact problem was but he told me he took it to Texas Speed in Wolforth and they told him that some of the junk that is in the headers (paint, coating, slag, etc.) were being burnt off the inside and plugging his O2 sensors making the car run like sh*t. Since he has changed all the 02 sensors the car runs better.
