oxygen sensor location

Default oxygen sensor location

i have a 2000 silverado ext cab, what is the location of the oxygen sensors? i see 4 sensors on the pipes two on each side?

They are all O2 senors. You have two for each cylinder bank. One before and one after the cat.

Yep, the first one is the most important. It's the one that keeps the fuel in check at part throttle and gives you readings for WOT conditions. The second one is basically for diagnostics of the cats.

what replacment 02s should we use? i think autozone sells Bosch sensors, would they work?

Bosh will work fine. That is probably what is on there stock.
