cant really tell what your asking... but before I had the cam swap done on my truck, it would be 60-65psi cold, then come down to about 50-55psi warm idle, then usually 60psi while driving and around 65-70psi when WOT.

Since the cam swap with new oil pump, cold or warm idle is 35-45psi, about 50psi driving, and goes up to about 65psi WOT.

It may ckuster went bad? Other day. My oil pressure finally show read correctly always 50-60 psi drive 60+ mph. Floor it 80 psi. Or my oil is to thin since I run 5w30 sythenic royal purple. Outside is about 25 degree cold is normal for oil pressure been stay 40-45 floor it 45 psi that it. When it get hot would show oil more pressure. I not sure if it's normal. Or just bad cluster or oil pressure sender
