whats a good oil filter to use for my truck? 2001 silverado ext. cab, v8 5.3

I use the mobile one filter it costs quite a bit more than the normal ones but IMO its the best. You are jsut goign to get opinions for the most part but I would like to see if anyone ahs a study showing the filtering properties of the different brand filters so we know which one really is the best.

AC delco for me!!! Nice-n-easy and cheap!

Off the shelf the AC Delco and also Purolator are good filters. I still have a few AC PF59 left over from before I switched to the Amsoil filter. I was always happy with the AC's.

AC delco, But I honestly think that it doesn't matter. Im gonna get flak for that statement though.
