Default O2 sensor pic... Should these be cleaned?

Hi guys, another couple of questions for you.

I have a pic of my oxygen sensors, I got mixed articles on when to replace these puppies. My truck currently has 134 000 miles, 214 000km. What do you guys think? After installing my LPP's, should I just put these old ones back in as they are, clean them up somehow or buy new ones?

And one more thing, I'm also changing the spark plugs... to iridium ACdelco. But I've noticed that my current plugs have both the mark of ACdelco and NGK??? I thought I somehow accidentally ingested drugs when I saw this at first... aren't NGK and ACdelco rival companies? To me, that's like seeing a Toyota Tundra with Ford and chevy badges.

Probably wouldn't hurt to just buy new ones. I didn't when I put my LT's on and had to replace them in about 100 miles. Kinda irritating. I don't know about cleaning. They look pretty rough.

Also not sure on the NGK ACdelco debacle. I thought they were different too. Do you have any pics of the plugs with the names???

I've seen guys clean O2 sensors (with a can of Brakleen) and get extra life out of them (I've seen lazy ones start switching faster after cleaning), and I've seen guys clean them and have it do nothing, but I can't say that I've seen someone clean them and it have a negative affect....not that it couldn't happen by any means. I've never tried to clean one myself though, I've always just replaced them when they tested bad and pretty much left them alone when they were working properly.

With 137k and shiny new headers though, and all the trouble you're going through with the broken bolts, I'd just put new ones in to be safe. Whatever you do, make sure you use anti-sieze on the threads of the O2 sensor, as well as the bolts going into the head. If you get new O2 sensors, they usually come with anti-sieze on the threads already.

*EDIT* As far as the Delco/NGK deal, I believe that Delco actually outsources to NGK to have some plugs made. I've read numerous reports of guys pulling their plugs to find them stamped with both AC Delco and NGK...

Ok, well, considering their price, I'll clean em up for now, stick them in and keep using them till I get a tune. If a problem is detected or if they are lazy, then I'll change them. I simply wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything stupid putting these back in or discarding them. They do look pretty rotten. And trust me, Anti-seize... I shall never forget to use that stuff. ..especially with the crap i'm going through.

As for the Spark plugs, here is a pic. Other than the fact that the gaps are really widened, they don't look too bad for 214 000km.
