Sounds like you may have a pinion bearing going out.

Sounds good man. Wonder what a in 2 out one muffler with a tip exiting the side would sound like.
Basically I need a muffler that has 2 inlets and 1 outlet.....or 2 outlets, but I think the out 1 may have more of a deeper tone to it.
