balancing is complete. im hoping that tomorrow will bring a tracking number on my rotating assembly.

383 turbo will be awesome. You'll be able to make 500hp easily. I'm thinking 600-700 depending on boost. How much boost is up to you.

car craft did one last month that made 1006 lb ft. and 946hp at the flywheel. im not sure what a rear mount kit will put out for boost but im thinking 8psi would be enough for a daily driver.

all of my bottom end parts arrived today. now to take the block in for machine and powder coat.

Very Nice. Now, time to think about a couple things you can do before assembly. Since you're talking turbo later, how about a thermal coating on the piston crowns? Then how about anti-friction coating on the skirts, as you'll be pulling them pretty far down in the bore due to the increased stroke setup you'll be running, might help keep it quiet a bit longer than without (help a bit with oil consumption by reducing the rate at which wear will occur).

On second glance, it looks like the skirts might already be coated, I can't quite tell from the photos.

they are coated. who would i begin to look at to thermal coat the crowns? but i have no issue pulling out the piston just to take another pic. stand by for more pics.
