I have had Taylor's on mine for a while with no problems, plus the blue wires looks a lot better under the hood!

I've heard a lot about both. Good and Bad. I have Taylors and have not had a problem. I got them, because that's what was in stock at the time and I had heard good things about them. Those combined with the NGK plug I put in back then really smoothed out the idle and reponse.

I've got MSD's and I haven't had any problems with them at all. I noticed the idle improve after I installed them.

Is it worth changing the stock wires with MSD or Taylor without changing the plugs? Did all you guys change your plugs when you changed the wires? I'm wondering how the platinums would do with new wires.

Well as far as changing plugs, it only took me 15 minutes to do both plugs and wires. so yes it is worth it. i went with the ngk tr 55s and taylor spiro pro wires and noticed improved idle after the install. now granted my truck only had 4000 miled on it when i swapped them out, but for the 60 bucks i paid for plugs and wires, it is well worth the insurance of gettin all the spark you can to the cylinders. plus the cool red wires look great under hood. so go with either MSD or Taylor. they are both great wires and NGK TR55 plugs gapped about 55-60 thousanths and youll be happy with it i promise
