Magnaflow it is
#1
My exhaust guy talked me into a magnaflow. Its a stainless steel 3 inch single in single out. It is the 5 x 8 x 18 muffler. I was going to go Gibson Super Street but the exhaust guy said the magnaflow would be better. Does anybody have this setup, or similar set up? Is there any difference between dual out and single out? Thanks. Does a supercharger matter when deciding on exhaust?

I have a Magnaflow Tru-X muffler. I like it quite a bit. It is a dual 2.5 in inlets and dual 2.5 in outlets. It flows well but I need to get rid of it due to a baby on the way and the truck is a little loud for little ears. It is not bad under normal conditions just when I tow and I tow a lot. It can be for sale if you want it. Stainless steel, lifetime warranty. On the truck for about 6 mos.

I have that exact 3inch single in single out catback from Magnaflow on my '04 5.3L. I like the exhaust, it has a good sound, very deep. There is a bit of drone around 1700-1900rpm, but it's not obtrusive. Overall, I love the exhaust.
