Default MAF sensor cleaner?

if this even the right section for it.

Can anyone help me figure out what i can use to clean my MAF. reason being i am going from a K&N to a dry filter and i wanted to clean my MAF while i have it torn down.

Use CRC MAF cleaner from your local parts store.

yeah so i just went and picked some up at the local parts store. guess i should of went and looked before posting...

I wouldn't bother with it unless its throwing a code. MAF is sensitive as hell. As long as you used a good filter and not drivin through a buncha water you should be good. I would go with electrical cleaner if it must be cleaned.

well its not throwing a code but my tranny hasnt been shifting right as of late. I took it to a local tranny shop to have a look at. we took it for a drive and the guy hooked his computer up to it and saw that everything was shifting when it was being told to. he asked what other mods have been done to it and i told him what i have and he said that the oil from the CAI will sometimes mess with the MAF and when he told me that, this all started to happen about a week after i cleaned and re oiled my CAI. so thats why i am changing filters and cleaning my MAF.
