LS7 street motor in the 500rwhp club
 

Had my 427 dyno tuned this past week by Nick Williams in Mooresville, NC. I want to say thanks to Nick and his crew for a job well done!

On the fifth pull it made 508rwhp and 462 ft lbs of torque. It has a ton of power under the curve. Based on 20% driveline loss or theoretical 1.49 hp per cu/in the motor made 635 hp at the crank. I left some hp on the table with the stock LS7 intake and the motor had very little breakin. Also, I think the plugs heat range was a little too hot.

All and all I'm pleased with drivability and it's a blast to drive. It can light the tires up at anything under 60 mph!:D

dang, thats awesome. how hard was it to swap over the electronic stuff. ie: engine harness and such. are you using accessories?

Drop in and bolt up. Extend the the knock sensor and cam sensor wires because they are located in a different location. Used stock truck accessories with new L92 style water pump. Used the Callies crank with the 24x reluctor so there would be no problem with the pcm.
Headers are custom with the 427 flange. Aftermarket fuel regulator is needed. The 635hp was made with the stock truck fuel pump at 60 psi.:nod:

I built the motor from scratch, never had the dry sump. I'm using the truck pan and a ported LS6 pump
