I have a LM7 and a good buddy of mine will be giving me a set of 243 heads and LS2 cam out of a tbss specs are 204/211 .520/.520 116. question is what gains will I see I will more than likely be adding headers and a tbss intake when I do this install as well.

Head will lower compression, so you will probably lose power. They do flow more, so if you mill them down you will be good to go.
Cam is not direct swap. The timing cover would have to be switched to one with a sensor. Cam sensor wires will have to be extended to said timing cover. Will also need new timing gear for work with sensor. Cam is not worth it.

How do you figure? The stock heads on his LM7 are 61.33cc chambers, stock 243's are 64.6cc chambers.
You will need to mill the heads about .025-.030 to get your compression back up.
I'm running 243's milled .030 with a .040 thickness head gasket and my CR went from 9.5 to 9.89 assuming a 60cc chamber.
