Ya it's that setup with a few more tweaks..definately alot faster than the fbody..people have no idea how good them Gbody cars hook up.

bad *** car man.. but i would go with a TSP220 or somethin like that. proven power under a usable curve.

For the work involved with it I'll prob just leave it be and when the time comes to overhaul the Engine I'll look into small stuff.

It's currently got about 138k on it, holds 50psi oil pressure at hot idle, and runs strong.

I'm soon swapping in a 4L80E & 3.73 Gears.

We have ran the Hot Cam in several 4.8's and 5.3 and they respond pretty good but you'll wanna go bigger after awhile... we currently running TSP 228r in a 5.3 and it feels like a beast.
