ls1 214/220 111.5 and headers how much power?

I spent most my lsx days looking at 4.8 performance and never really looked in to cammed ls1 potential. I know this is beaten to death on a regular basis but it's always someone looking a sticks that would choke a horse.
I was tearing my 4.8 down today for my ls7 lifters, ls9 gaskets, and arp's just to find a piston was about ready to fall out of the hole
So I found me a ls1 and was wondering what is a realistic power (rwhp) would be with the cam mentioned, headers with cut outs through a locked 3200 and 4l80
Would like to run the ls1 intake, but I do have two truck manifolds and the room under the hood. Is 400 feasible with a solid street tune? I see the monster cam ls1's with minimal PnP put down 450's. Or should I stfu and get out

You won't see that kind of power through an auto with that size cam. My 01 ss put down 413 rwhp through a 6 speed with a tsp magic stick and long tubes. Don't waste you time with cut outs. The sound like shit and don't make any more power

Hp

with a small VVT cam 210/224 in my 5.3 and LTH i made 305 rwhp
in 95 deg temps on my DD, up from 238rwhp stock

My 4.8 with lth, cam, lsxrt, and heavy wheels put down 325 rwhp. That was with a crummy intake too.
