How do I do that? I need to shorten it, it's about an inch or so too long.

Got the cable/shift arm sorted out. Went to test drive it, wouldn't steer. Something happened to the steering shaft during the install. It's bent like a banana and binds against the exhaust manifold. Not sure if it's able to be repaired, or needs to be replaced. I'll take it apart and look at it Wednesday.

Steering is fixed, went for a test drive... this has been a learning experience. Now to get it fine tuned...

Finally got it tuned tonight by Jeremy Formatto. Very pleased with his attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions.
