Sounds good, are you going to drive on the stock tune for awhile? I remember base driving...used to work at on base as a contractor and we would drink moonshine on Fridays at our shop on the far end of base until somebody chickened out. That 10mph drive across base was nerve-racking!!!

Photobucket is very slow upload. An hour per video.

Yes I plan on driving on a relatively stock tune for a bit. I am looking into a LC-1 wideband to connect to my HP tuner.

4.8L stock tune, LT headers, ORY, stock exhaust, and here is the truck running without the lifter tap.

Enjoy

great choice on cam youre gonna love the mid range power it produces like stated before a TB converter will really get you off the line faster you should look into the circle d 278mm 3000-3200 it did wonders in my truck and for the price you just cant beat it.

Lift is .522/.529
Part # 54-412-11

Stock Converter for now. Hoping to find an OEM TB I6 converter for cheap.

I am not too sure on a 3-3200 stall, might be a bit big for my DD.

I dont see too many 4.8's with this cam, most are 5.3/6.0's. I love it. Even with stock engine tune and no torque management...this thing puts me into the seat when I get on the skinny. I can't imagine what it is gonna do with a TB TC and a good tune!
