Default Intercooled Exhaust Tips

Does anyone have any experience with the intercooled tips? I know a few companies make them now. Do they really not get the yellow/gold tint like other SS after all the heat cycles?

the intercooled version from Gibson is dual walled. So i'm thinking the outside wall doesnt get exposed to direct heat from the exhaust stream, but it would still get hot from conduction of the piping... would it be enough to keep it from yellowing?

Hmmm, I used to have the Gibson single wall tips and they didn't yellow at all. It was a dual out system, all of the way to the rear bumper, so maybe that had something to do with it?

As a matter of fact, when I put the tail pipes out to the curb after I pulled them off of the muffler, the garbage men took the tips and left the pipes behind lol
