Info on VVT cams
Zip...Zilch
There aren't any.... No one has cores yet. I've talked to Mast Motorsports, Comp Cams and another cam company. So for now you'll have to use a existing cam for a re-grind if you really want one. Also AFM will have to get scrapped as no one I talked to understood the limitations of the camshaft/lifter relationships. I kind of like the AFM, as mine truck is tuned to take advantage of it. I'm seeing an average of 22-26 on the dash display. Plus my tank to tank fills are showing 15.2 or better at the pump. Not bad for a 376hp motor in a truck. Lowering the truck seemed to have helped the mileage some also. Does anyone know where I can get the part #'s for the L76 cam & L92 Caddy cam? |
I thought mast was the cam guru for these late late engines

I also want to keep the AFM. I'm planning on getting a 122 Maggie or a TVS when they become available. And it that gets here before cam gets figured out I might just skip the cam. |
