Default hypertech idle ?

I just installed a hypertech for my wifes 03 tahoe. The truck does not have the screen in the meter, and has a flowmaster. After only adding the program the idle dropped to like 400 rpms and surges some. The ac does not blow cold until 650 rpms. What do yall think would cause this and how to raise the idle back up. I thought this was weird because hypertech should not affect the idle. The performance is better but the idle sucks.

How many miles are on it? Could be a dirty throttle body. I'd clean it and see what it does from there. I also recommend putting the screen back in the maf.
