1998 k1500 right now it has black box ecu stock manifolds and prior own took the cats out. 1.6 magnum roller tip rockers 10.3 to 1 compression ratio heads modified for lift mpfi conversion(also done by previous owner) and this camshaft with a stock tune

this is the regrind i have in my truck now

one option is long tubes and new muffler with spintech and 3" out the back and tune the black box ecu
option two intake manifold spacer, 411 ecu swap, long tubes and same exhaust
or option three 2000/2100 stall converter xr 282 hr camp cam,411 pcm swap and ported large port bowtie heads (cam is still out for suggestion was recommended for factory heads) bowtie heads might be real contender.
let me get some ideas stay with what i got or go for it?

i have been talking to a another old friend about doing some 2.02/1.60 stock vortec heads if i do this and marine intake and new cam and converter 400/450 possibly?

or do i stay with what i have?

looks like i might need the contact info to the guy that sells the marine intakes ready to go? or maybe a stealth ram?

I don't know if there is a "post of the year" but dang if there was this might be it! He brought out all the info, wish I had seen this and talk with you before letting go of my vortec. Could have had some fun with it.
